our gin

TINY Distillery.
World class Gin..

Our multi award winning micro distillery in regional NSW has been operating commercially since January 2019.

Our gins are all made in small 200 bottle batches in our 100 litre copper alembic still, "Jill".  We pride ourselves on making true London Dry gins, all of which feature ingredients that we either grow here on the farm or forage locally.

As a small team of three, we blend, bottle and label everything by hand and, if you order something online, rest assured we’ll have driven it to the post office too. A distillery dog may or may not have come along for the ride.

All our gins have won medals at the International Wine and Spirits Competition, the Australian Gin Awards and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

CELLAR DOOR

PLEASE CHECK OUR INSTA FOR ANY CHANGES TO OUR SCHEDULED HOURS

Open each Saturday and Sunday

1pm to 6pm

As well as offering gin tastings and bottle sales, we also have a small onsite bar if you fancy relaxing on the deck with a drink and that view.

See our cocktail list

All our seating is outdoors, but if the weather is fine and the sun is shining there’s no better place to be. We’re happy for you to bring along well- behaved pooches on leads and you’re more than welcome to bring your own picnic if you plan on staying for a drink. All we ask is that you take all your rubbish home with you.

We’re primarily an 18+ venue and bookings are highly recommended during peak holiday periods, particularly if you would like to enjoy a tasting as part of your visit. We have a max capacity of 30 people at any one time.

GIN SCHOOL

Grab a group of friends and learn how to make your own bottle of gin with the crew from North of Eden Gin!

Perfect for friends, families or a group of work colleagues, our Gin School may be the naughtiest school in town, but it will still teach you everything you need to know about the dark arts of distillation.

Create your own gin recipe from our pantry of delicious botanicals, before using one of our gorgeous copper stills to transform your ingredients into a bespoke bottle of gin to take home with you.

And because we know it's thirsty work coming up with a new gin recipe, we'll keep your spirits up with a few complimentary gin and tonics and some local nibbles over the course of your three hour class.

Available for group bookings only

6 person minimum

 12 person maximum

OUR STORY

Stony Creek Farm Distillery is a 12 acre smallholding nestled in the hinterland of Australia's pristine Sapphire Coast. It's where we make North of Eden Gins and it's also our home.

We are Gavin and Karen and the human face of the team. In 2018 we converted an old farm shed into a micro distillery and started making gin.

Jim is our senior distillery dog and has special responsibilities for Ball Retrieval and Cellar Door Entertainment. He is also our self-appointed food supervisor and will, more likely than not, give you extra special attention if you bring a picnic to the Cellar Door.

Jessie is our Customer Relations manager and the Princess of the Paddock. Befitting her Princess status, she can be a little stand-offish but can generally be enticed to say hello with a handful of lucerne.

Gus is our newest recruit and spends a lot of time asleep on the job. He'll soon start his training as apprentice distillery dog, but for the moment he just enjoys eating furniture and pulling the heads off plants.
