Our multi award winning micro distillery in regional NSW has been operating commercially since January 2019.
Our gins are all made in small 200 bottle batches in our 100 litre copper alembic still, "Jill". We pride ourselves on making true London Dry gins, all of which feature ingredients that we either grow here on the farm or forage locally.
As a team of two, we blend, bottle and label everything by hand and, if you order something online, there’s a good chance we’ll have driven it to the post office too. A distillery dog may or may not have come along for the ride.
All our gins have won medals at the International Wine and Spirits Competition, the Australian Gin Awards and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Reopening summer 2020
Our cellar door is open on Sunday afternoons from 12 until 4pm for tastings and bottle sales.
We also have a small bar onsite if you feel like grabbing a drink, patting a distillery dog and enjoying the views.
Under the current COVID restrictions, only four people are allowed in the cellar door at any one time. This applies even if you are travelling in a larger single group.
We have politely distanced outside seating for a maximum of 12 people. BYO blanket.

We are currently limited to being an 18+ venue.
We don't currently take bookings for the cellar door.

Stony Creek Farm Distillery is nestled in the hinterland of Australia's pristine Sapphire Coast. It's where we make North of Eden Gins and it's also our home.
Gavin and Karen are the human face of the team. In 2018 they converted an old farm shed into a micro distillery and started making gin.
Mr Bill is the senior distillery dog and has been on the journey with Gavin and Karen since the beginning. As the elder statesman of the North of Eden crew, Mr Bill spends much of his time in a supervisory role, often with his eyes shut.
In 2018, after a rigorous local recruitment process, Jim joined the team as an apprentice distillery dog. He quickly graduated to junior distillery dog with special responsibilities for Ball Retrieval and Cellar Door Entertainment.
Flora is our baby highland cow and Customer Relations manager. She loves to be brushed and is quite partial to shiny hair accessories.
