WORLD CLASS Spirits
Our multi award-winning tiny distillery is nestled in the rolling green hinterland of Australia’s pristine Sapphire Coast.
All our spirits are created using old-school artisan methods and our gins feature ingredients that we either grow here at the distillery or forage locally.
One of the things that sets us apart from other distilleries is that we make our spirits on technology that dates back over 1200 years.
And as one of the smallest commercial distilleries in Australia, we’re happy to say that all our spirits really are handcrafted in small batches

With its old-world vibe and beautiful country views, our dog-friendly cellar door offers customers a place to relax and unwind. We have a great selection of cocktails for you to choose from, including house-made sodas for the drivers and beer, wine and bubbles for the non-spirit drinkers.
All our seating is outdoors, but if the weather is fine and the sun is shining there’s no better place to be.
We're very happy for you to bring your own picnic to enjoy with drinks purchased from the bar, but please understand that we are not a public picnic facility.

GIN SCHOOL
Grab your bestie or a group of friends and learn how to make your own bottle of gin with the crew from North of Eden Gin!
Perfect for friends, families or a group of work colleagues, our Gin School may be the naughtiest school in town, but it will still teach you everything you need to know about the dark arts of distillation.
Create your own gin recipe from our pantry of delicious botanicals, before using one of our gorgeous copper stills to transform your ingredients into a bespoke bottle of gin to take home with you.
And because we know it's thirsty work coming up with a new gin recipe, we'll keep your spirits up with a few complimentary gin and tonics and some local nibbles over the course of your three hour class.



OUR STORY
Stony Creek Farm Distillery is a 12 acre smallholding nestled in the hinterland of Australia's pristine Sapphire Coast. It's where we make North of Eden Gins and it's also our home.
We are Gavin and Karen, and alongside our apprentice distiller, Ruby, we're the human face of the team. In 2018 we converted an old farm shed into a micro distillery and started making gin.
Jim is our senior distillery dog and has special responsibilities for Ball Retrieval and Cellar Door Entertainment. He is also our self-appointed food supervisor and will, more likely than not, give you extra special attention if you bring a picnic to the Cellar Door.
Jessie is our Customer Relations manager and the Princess of the Paddock. Befitting her Princess status, she can be a little stand-offish but can generally be enticed to say hello with a handful of lucerne.
Joining Jessie in the paddock is Hamish, our beautiful baby Highland Cow. Hamish loves a brush and enjoys getting pats from our Cellar Door visitors, particularly if they happen to have a handful of cow pellets on them.
Rounding out the team is Gus, our exuberant border collie puppy. He's already started his training as apprentice distillery dog, but for pleasure he enjoys ambushing Jim, playing with other dogs that come to the Cellar Door and pulling the heads off plants.
