It's the same recipe as our award-winning original Classic gin, but this time it's made on all Australian juniper, which is grown on a farm less than 100kms away. And trust us when we say, this juniper is absolutely fantastic and gives the gin a bright, beautiful lift.
 
Batch distilled, it combines ten carefully selected botanicals, including lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit and native finger limes grown at the distillery, as well as locally grown juniper from the Snowy Monaro region of NSW. 
 
This is a bright, juniper forward gin with zesty notes of citrus and delicate floral layers.
