An Oldie but a goodie
30ml of NoE Classic gin
60ml of good quality tonic (we use Fevertree Meditteranean)
Ice
Garnish with a sprig of bruised rosemary and enjoy with friends
Breakfast martini

45ml of NoE Connoisseur gin
15ml of good quality dry vermouth (eg Noilly Prat)
1 teaspoon of marmalade
Put all your ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously on ice. Strain into a martini glass and enjoy the breakfast of champions.
Connoisseur gin and tonic
add a little spice
30ml of NoE Connoisseur gin
60ml of good quality tonic water (we use Fevertree Indian tonic water)
Ice
Garnish with 2 or 3 leaves of fresh basil and a grind (or two) of fresh black pepper.

30ml of NoE Admiral gin
30ml of good quality sweet vermouth (eg Lillet Rouge)
30ml of Campari
Pour all your ingredients into an ice filled glass and stir. Garnish with orange. Bitter and dry, but very, very tasty, there's a reason we celebrate Negronis for a full week each year.
dry Martini
elegance in a glass
45ml of NoE Connoisseur gin
15ml of good quality dry vermouth (eg Noilly Prat)
Put all your ingredients into a Boston Glass and stir on ice until chilled (about 20 to 30 seconds). Strain into a martini glass and serve with a twist of lemon.
G & Tea
an afternoon treat
30ml of NoE Connoisseur gin
60ml of chilled Earl Grey tea (or your tea of choice)
15ml of simple sugar syrup
Put all your ingredients into a small teapot and stir. Serve in a teacup with a large cube of ice. Dog optional.
Don't have sugar syrup? Don't panic. Just make sweetened tea.
Gin Sour
PUCKER UP Princess
60ml of NoE Connoisseur gin
30ml of fresh lemon juice
15ml of simple sugar syrup
1 egg white
Put all your ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake, very vigorously, over ice. Strain into a coupe glass and drizzle with 3 dashes of Angostura bitters.

Lemon sherbet ON STEROIDS

30ml of fresh lemon juice
30ml of Cointreau
10ml of simple sugar syrup
Put all your ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake over ice. Strain into a coupe glass, sit back and enjoy.
