Batch 5 of The Bridge is finally ready!
 
Like earlier batches, this batch of The Bridge has been matured in new French oak barrels for just over a year and sits midway between a gin and a whisky.
 
With its gorgeous golden amber colour and hints of vanilla, toast, orange and caramel on the nose, this latest batch offers tantalising top layers of caramel, vanilla and soft warm spice, underpinned by a delicate citrus and pine foundation. The mouthfeel is warm and silky and dark spirits fans will love the lingering long smooth finish, which is so reminiscent of a whisky.
 
Enjoy this beautiful barrel-aged gin in any of your favourite whisky cocktails or simply have it straight up, maybe with a slice of orange if you're feeling fancy. We particularly love it as the base for a New York Sour, and it's also scrumptious with a dash of Fevertree Distiller's Cola.
