This limited edition Old Tom style gin has been made to celebrate the five year anniversary of HMAS Supply II. The commemorative label has been designed by the ship's crew and celebrates, not only the ship's fifth birthday, but its current all female command team.
 
The gin contains 11 botanicals including fig leaves, native thyme, pineapple sage and bunya nuts grown at the distillery, as well as locally grown juniper sourced from the Snowy Monaro region of NSW.  
 
Piney juniper notes combine with citrus zest and a complex herbaceous platform to deliver a beautifully balanced gin that will engage your entire palate. Delicately spiced but with a touch of sweetness, this gin has a silky mouthfeel and a gorgeous long finish.
