It's that magical time of year again. The humpbacks are back! These wonderful beasties are on their way south to Antarctica right now and one of the best places in Australia to see this magical annual migration is right here on the Sapphire Coast. And you don't even need to get into a whale watching boat to do it! About 20 minutes from the distillery is the fabulous seaside village of Tathra where you can literally see these fabulous creatures from the shore. Although, to be fair, the same is also true for almost any other point along the coast, from Bermagui down to Eden. And, of course, if you want to get in a boat and get even closer, you can do that too :-)
