By booking a Gin School Experience you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Age requirements

  • You are over 18 years of age at the date of booking.

  • Everyone in your group must be 18 years of age or over at the time of your experience.

  • We reserve the right to request ID for persons who appear to be under legal drinking age.

  • Any participants who cannot demonstrate they are 18 years or over will be asked to leave and refunds will not be provided.

Cancellation by us

  • Minimum numbers are required for a class to go ahead. In the event that we do not meet our minimum numbers and the class needs to be cancelled we will endeavour to give you at least 48 hours notice of the cancellation and immediately refund your ticket price.

  • We may occasionally need to reschedule or cancel your class without notice for reasons beyond our control. If that happens, we will immediately refund your ticket price.

  • Please note fees and charges charged by our booking provider may not be refundable.

Cancellation by you

  • Gin School tickets are generally non-refundable, so please consider dates carefully when you book.

  • However, we understand that plans sometimes need to change, and we will do our best to re-schedule your visit if we are given adequate notice that you cannot attend (i.e. at least 10 business days before your booked session).

  • In the event that we cannot reschedule your class, refunds will be at our sole discretion.

  • Please note that no refunds will be provided if you cancel your ticket(s) with less than 10 days notice.

  • Similarly, if you do not arrive for your Gin School Experience your ticket cannot be refunded or transferred to another class.

  • Please note fees and charges charged by our booking provider may not be refundable.

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.

Only registered Gin School participants allowed on site

  • As a working farm and distillery, the only people allowed on site while gin school is running are gin school participants with a valid ticket. Please note that we have no facilities for accompanying guests and/or children and they will be asked to leave.

  • Refunds will not be provided if a gin school participant has to forfeit their place because they have brought a guest who does not have a valid ticket.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have purchased the correct number and types of ticket.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

  • The Gin School Experience involves the sampling and consumption of alcohol and as such we would encourage guests to use public transport, taxis or arrange drop offs and pick-ups where possible. Vehicles cannot be left at the Distillery overnight.

  • We will refuse to admit you to the premises if you appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of prohibited narcotic substances on your arrival.

  • We reserve the right to refuse the sale or sampling of alcohol consistent with the terms of our alcohol licence and State liquor laws.

  • Disturbance to other participants and/or our neighbours may result in the termination of your Gin School Experience and you will be asked to leave the property.

  • No refunds will be given if you are asked to leave the property for any breach of these terms.

Public Health Orders

  • You agree to comply with any relevant public health orders that may be in place at the time of your class, including any self-isolation requirements.

  • If you or any of your group are feeling unwell or otherwise displaying signs of COVID on the day of your booked class, you must advise us immediately.

  • If your experience is cancelled as a result of you or someone in your group testing positive for COVID or feeling unwell, we will refund your ticket price or do our best to reschedule your class to a future date.

  • Please note fees and charges charged by our booking provider may not be refundable.

General Health and Safety

  • You must inform us prior to making a booking of any medical condition or physical impediment about which we would need to be aware in order to eliminate or anticipate any potential health and safety issue. If you are in any doubt, please call us on 0448294210 to discuss your physical requirements.

  • There will be no access to farm sheds or animal enclosures.

  • You will observe all signage on the farm, including areas that are marked as Private.

  • You will follow the instructions of the Distillery team when on-site.
