By booking a Gin School Experience you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Age requirements

  • You are over 18 years of age at the date of booking.

  • We reserve the right to request ID for persons who appear to be under legal drinking age.

  • Any participants who cannot demonstrate they are 18 years or over will be asked to leave and refunds will not be provided.

Cancellation by us

  • Minimum numbers are required for a class to go ahead. In the event that we do not meet our minimum numbers and the class needs to be cancelled we will endeavour to give you at least 48 hours notice of the cancellation and immediately refund your ticket price.

  • We may occasionally need to reschedule or cancel your class without notice for reasons beyond our control. If that happens, we will immediately refund your ticket price.

  • Please note fees and charges charged by our booking provider may not be refundable.

Cancellation by you

  • Gin School tickets are generally non-refundable, so please consider dates carefully when you book.

  • However, we understand that plans sometimes need to change, and we will do our best to re-schedule your visit if we are given adequate notice that you cannot attend (i.e. at least 10 business days before your booked session).

  • In the event that we cannot reschedule your class, refunds will be at our sole discretion.

  • Please note that no refunds will be provided if you cancel your ticket(s) with less than 10 days notice.

  • Similarly, if you do not arrive for your Gin School Experience your ticket cannot be refunded or transferred to another class.

  • Please note fees and charges charged by our booking provider may not be refundable.

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.

Requests to switch class dates if you receive a ticket as a gift

  • If you have received a ticket to Gin School as a gift and the class date does not suit, we are happy to offer ONE FREE rescheduling to another class if we are given adequate notice( i.e. at least 10 business days before your booked session).

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and changes will only be made once so please choose your new date carefully as our general terms and conditions re cancellations and refunds (see above) will then apply.

  • If we are unable to reschedule your ticket to a suitable date, we are happy to provide a full refund (although please note the refund will go back to the person who purchased the ticket(s) as a gift).

Only registered Gin School participants allowed on-site

  • As a working farm and distillery, the only people allowed on-site while gin school is running are gin school participants with a valid ticket.

  • Please note that we have no facilities for accompanying guests and, for the comfort and quiet enjoyment of all participants, children and infants are expressly prohibited.

  • Refunds will not be provided if a gin school participant has to forfeit their place because they have brought a minor or a guest who does not have a valid ticket.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have purchased the correct number and types of ticket.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

  • The Gin School Experience involves the sampling and consumption of alcohol and as such we would encourage guests to use public transport, taxis or arrange drop offs and pick-ups where possible. Vehicles cannot be left at the Distillery overnight.

  • We will refuse to admit you to the premises if you appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of prohibited narcotic substances on your arrival.

  • We reserve the right to refuse the sale or sampling of alcohol consistent with the terms of our alcohol licence and State liquor laws.
